| Several years ago we met a lady in Belleville, Sherry, that had the most delightful little happy spaniel dogs and we fell in love with the Cavalier King Charles and just had to have a couple. Tomy, Lily and Daisy have joined our family and now we have one of Lily's pups, Tulip. The Cavalier is a sporting toy breed with a very sweet affectionate nature. They are happy to do whatever you want to whether it is snuggling in bed all day or hiking in the bush. Cavaliers come in 4 colours, Blenheim, Tricolour, Black and Tan and Ruby. Their coat is long, silky with long feathering on the legs and tail. No grooming besides regular brushing and bathing is required. They do however shed, unlike poodles they are not hypoallergenic.
